They are top three rail engineering in Asia and are directly involved with all the mega rail projects across Asia. As a large blue chip client they offer attractive packages and career progression options Job Role / Responsibilities Acting as the head of claims you will be responsible for identification and preparation of offensive and/or defensive (i.e. drafting of claim referrals) for critical projects in India. The Head of Claims is also responsible to support the project management team in identifying any potential risks that may impact the projects or profitability of the company including to assess threats and put plans in place to avoid, reduce or transfer risks as appropriate. Requirements For this role the client that ewi recruitment is working with have a minimum requirement of a minimum of a degree. Must have a minimum of 15 years€ experience working in infrastructure project related litigations / arbitrations / claim management. My client has a preference for contracts & claims experts who has worked in the fields industrial sectors, preferably in the railway business, in oil & gas or other construction-related fields Salary Package The salary package consists of a salary package upwards of $13500 USD (£10000) and a attractive benefits package.
