Role: Estimator (freelance) Pay: £300 - £400 per day Location: KentWe have been requested by our client to recruit an Estimator to join their team on a freelance basis in Kent working on numerous Construction projects including Structures, Formwork, Paving and Concreting. Our client are a Construction contractor based in Kent and have a great reputation across the industry. Duties will include:
Develop the estimating working practices within the programme areaEnsure stakeholder costs are broken down to an appropriate level at the respective Delivery Milestones with particular attention to plan for stage & delivery milestone ceiling costsProvide high level solution costs for risk and value process evaluationEnsure documentation for Delivery Milestone submissions is in place on time and quality - this must include any Alliance governance requirements.
In order to qualify for the role you must have:
Experience working on Structures, Formwork, Paving and Concreting is desirableEstimator backgroundConstruction experienceExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of MS applications.Good communication skills
